Bradyn has a love for boots...I found him this pair on Ebay. They just came today and he had to try them on. The reason for a nearly naked little boy is potty training which is going pretty good with occasional accidents.

Dress up!!

I found this dress that Kaylee had gotten from Mommom (Cheryl) in the closet it was with the preemie outfits that I haven't put away yet. I almost forgot I had it. She wasn't very impressed with the ruffles I think they were scratching her. But I convinced her to smile for a couple pictures which turned out cute. I just decided to try the dress on her in the middle of the week for some pictures.

She is growing like a weed now she weighs 11lbs 12oz and 24 inches long. That is almost 2lbs and 2 inches in 1 month :o)

She now rolls over front to back, eats cereal, laughs, "talks," and has almost rolled from back to front. She can also move around on her back and belly by digging her little feet against the floor and pushing.

She will almost always stop crying for a minute and grin for her brother. She has definitely been grumpier this month she seems to be teething :(

Two Years Ago

It seems like it hasn't been that long in some ways and then in other ways it feels like she has been gone for a long time. I remember leaving the day before thinking it won't be long unless a miracle happens. Thinking it would almost be better since she was hurting so much. As a mother I don't like it when my children are sick and in pain, but to watch your mother sick and in pain is just as horrible. I will probably never forget getting the call from my brother the next day telling me that my mom had died.

I wish that she were here to help me, to give me advice in raising my children, to laugh and cry with me over life. I wish my children could know their other grandma and that she could know them as well. I want to call her and ask her something at least every other day, but I know that I can't. We truly never know how much we love someone until they are gone and then it is to late to tell them.

This quilt is very special to me, because my mom started making this before Bradyn was born. A friend of hers finished it for me after she died.

I layed Kaylee on the floor the other day and they all decided to lay with her. Laney (in the aqua) loves to be a little mother somedays Bradyn doesn't mind, but other days well...
The girls are sisters that I watch a couple days a week Laney 4 and Brandy 3. I caught some really cute pictures of Kaylee with Laney she loves to talk to both of the girls.

Trains!!!

Bradyn has a love for trains he really started liking them after our trip to OH/PA while at Dana's. You can stand on her front porch and watch them go by several times a day(good thing we don't live there we would have to be out there all the time). So last week we bought him a small set needless to say he loves it.

Kaylee is very sensitive about things she can be smiling and talking then next thing you know she is sticking that poochy lip out. I guess girls are more dramatic. She really likes watching Bradyn play. If anyone has seen her/or heard her at camp you know that she is very fussy. She will sit in the bumbo or lay on a blanket with someone talking to her for quite awhile though.
