Going Home!

 After almost 2 weeks in the hospital I was so happy to be going home.  Even though my blood pressure wasn't back to normal and still isn't I was finally free :) 

2 of my favorite nurses Jamie and Sonya.  I had several more favorites, but these were the ones who helped me leave ;)  There were several nights I was the only patient so I guess they have me to thank that they had to come in to work.

Dana brought in a carseat since we weren't the most prepared parents this time around ;)  So she helped us pack everything up and carry it to the car.

Just slightly anemic and on some really good pain killers :)

She needed a little O2 after birth until she coughed up a lot of fluid that was on her lungs.  The doctor said she was getting ready to ship her out until she coughed the fluid up.  We are very thankful with how everything turned out.  We had many people from all over praying for both of us.

36 weeks

The morning of the c-section...just slightly swollen with lots of extra fluid :(   On the plus side I am now down over 30lbs out of the 50lbs I gained :) 
Due to pre-eclampsia we had our baby at 36 weeks 

First day of Kindergarten

His first day :(  Unfortunately I was in the hospital when he started school, but his teacher and Darrin both sent me pictures of him.  He enjoyed the first 2 weeks, but this past week hasn't wanted to leave us.  Hopefully this week things will be a little more normal(as normal as adding a new person in the family can be)  :) 

Even though they take naps daily at school 7:50-3:30 wears a little boy out :)
