At the Park!

We went to the park the other day after mommy got her staples removed. Bradyn loves running around out there. He was acting really goofy in some of these pictures. He likes to put his own hat on that is why it is backwards. I never got any pictures of Kaylee there because it was so windy.

Okay to give those of you who haven't seen her an idea of her size I layed her beside a carton of eggs. She really just prefers to be cuddled and she hates to be naked too.

2 weeks old

We weighed her at the doctors she is 6lbs 14.5oz. That is 13.5oz in 9 days. She wants to eat all the time so pictures of her content without a paci are rare. The videos are for family and friends who don't get to see her. She really doesn't cry all the time just seems like it in these pictures.

Wednesday I got the flu so we had to use a bottle to feed Kaylee. Bradyn thought that looked like fun so he wanted to feed her. He did a really good job. He still loves her sometimes a little too much. Some friends watched Bradyn that afternoon for me so I didn't have to worry about him. I wasn't able to send my baby to someone so Darrin would come home every couple hours and feed her. She basically slept, ate, and got her diaper changed she was really good. I am feeling much better today. I just hope none of them get this.

6 days old

This was obviously her first Sunday at church. She did pretty good, but got a little hungry at the end. Mommy did a little more than she should have done between Saturday eve and Sunday morning. Today was a little better it was the first day on my own with 2:) Bradyn has sensed the changes and is getting really good at testing us. He went down for his nap and bedtime without crying or getting out of bed the past couple days.

I think she is tired of all of the pictures:)

Our baby girl!

We are having so much fun. Bradyn absolutely adores her and would hold her all the time. She is very good so far. She would probably sleep at least 6 hours at night, but they want her to gain weight so I am waking her up every 4 hours for a couple weeks. I think she is so sleepy since I am taking pain med for the c-section. She is jaundice, but that is slowly going away.

She is only 5 days old in these pictures. As you can tell I love the black and white pictures. She loves her daddy she knew his voice by the end of the first day.

As most of you probably know Kaylee Breann arrived 4-14-08 at 9:22am weighing 6lbs 8oz and 20 inches long. We arrived home today around 3:00pm. Bradyn loves her and will try taking her from you if he can get his arms around her.

Today is the Day!!!

Well in 5 hours we should be holding our baby girl!! Well at least Darrin will have held her and I will have given her a kiss:) Very excited and only a little nervous about the c-section. I hope to have pictures emailed to everyone by tonight from my mother-in-law or aunt. My sister will be forwarding them from my email so stay tuned:)

Our Weekend Away

We(I convinced Darrin) decided to go away for the weekend with Seth, Natalie, Madi, Adrian, Anthony, and Alexa. They were going to Branson and invited us to go along. We needed the break and since our anniversary is the 24th of this month we decided to make it a little trip for that too. Thank you Seth and Natalie for taking Bradyn Friday night. Sorry that your Saturday morning with him wasn't very fun. I guess we learned that he gets motion sickness on the winding roads by Branson:)

Darrin had a lot of fun going thru the kiddie area with Bradyn. As you can see by the last couple of pictures we wore Bradyn out:)

Baby News

The date is April 14th, the time unknown he didn't tell me and I wasn't thinking so I didn't ask him. I am going to guess and say a.m. since I would be fasting overnight. For those of you not in the area or are unable to come see us someone will be using my email account to send pictures. Fill free to stop by and see us that evening. So the countdown is really here only 10 days to go.

Baby Update!

I went to the doctor for my 36 week appt today. He will be able to give me a date next Thursday for my c-section. He did say I would now have her on or before April 14th. Everything is still looking good as far as blood pressure, weight gain, and baby's heart rate. I have been very sick today, but he thinks the heartburn could be making me nauseous. So we should be seeing her in 2 1/2 weeks. I did tell Darrin he should pick out a boy name just in case. The name we are planning on using is Kaylee Breann. We wanted part of her name in memory of my mom. Her name was Joanna so the "ann" is for her. Darrin picked the name since I picked out Bradyn's.

Free Help

He spilled some milk on the floor today so I handed him some paper towels and told him to clean it up. He loves to clean as you can see.

Easter 2008

My little clown!! He is really starting to act goofy when he sees a camera. This was his Easter outfit! I edited his scratch in the last picture, but he is all boy so I am sure there will be many more to come. Darrin had to work at the fire dept so we don't have any family pictures this year.

Long time no post:)

I knew it had been awhile since I posted, but I didn't think it was that long:0 We have had beautiful, warm weather here the past couple of days so we played outside alot. Last night Bradyn was riding with Darrin on the 3-wheeler and somehow scratched his face. He never cried so we don't know how he did it.

Still don't have a set date for the c-section probably by the middle of next month.
