Great G-ma

I finally remembered to take my camera and get some pictures with Grandma Goins (Darrin's grandma). Kaylee is her 18th great grandchild. There aren't anymore on the way that I know of. Yet!! I am not talking about myself either:)

Fun in the Mud!!

We went to the farm to visit Great G-ma Goins the other night and he found some mud:) Isn't it funny how boys can do that?? He fell into a puddle and then decided to jump in them. The last pictures were after he fell head over heels into the flowerbed off of the porch.

He gets really scared the first couple times back and forth and then he loves it:)

My little boy is growing up:( This was taken just before going to Uncle Brett's graduation. He doesn't like to stand still for mommy to snap his picture very long. He loves to tell us "no" and laugh when we ask for a hug or kiss. Now he does tell us "NO" in other ways and he gets in trouble for those:)

6 weeks old

She is very dramatic already. This is what happens when you try to burp her before she is ready:)
She thinks she is starving all the time. This happens after 2oz of formula or 40 mins of nursing though.
Such tiny little feet!! Note the big toe sticking up at all times just like big brother's.

Ornery!!

Bradyn is definitely a little man on a mission. He is always doing something good or bad:) He gets his orneriness from his dad though!!!

Say Cheese!!

She is doing a little better at not crying through all of her pictures. We went last Tuesday to JCpenneys for family pictures when I get the proofs I will post them.

Just wanted to post some pictures before I am in too much trouble:) Probably too late for that with some though. She is still doing pretty good sleeping at night. She has been fussy the past couple of days, but her nose is stuffy so it could be that. She weighs around 7lbs 4oz so she is growing just slowly. I prefer pictures taken from behind that way I don't scare anyone with my face:)

This is what happens when you leave a toddler alone for a couple minutes!!!!

The markers are washable:) I figured it wouldn't be smart to buy any other kind for several years. He really enjoys coloring:) At least he was buckled in so he couldn't color on the walls:)

First real bath!! We waited awhile for her first bath because her belly button took a long time to heal. She did not like it at all:)

I can't believe how fast time really flies when you are having fun!! We are enjoying her so much:) She is doing really good sleeping 5-6 hours at night. She weighs 6lbs 10oz and is still 20 inches long. I know an earlier post said she weighed 6lb 14oz, but the scales were not on zero at that office:) She can wear some newborn clothes, but preemie definitely fit her the best.

They say babies don't smile until they are older, but I am not sure I agree. She was almost asleep and would break out in a smile every so often. I guess she was having a really good dream. I think this is my last post for today:)

He is quite taken with his little sister, hopefully this continues when they are older. I love the second picture where he is looking so sweetly at her.

Thumb Sucking:)

She is officially sucking her thumb. Not really she does find it occasionally though. This is for everyone that just loves thumb sucking:):):):):)

She spent the past two nights in mommy's bed on the boppy pillow while daddy was away. She developed a cough and some congestion thankfully not as bad as Bradyn's.
I am training her to cover her mouth while coughing:)

She is also practicing signing "I Love You"
And now she is tired of all this picture taking.

She is now three weeks old. We go to the doctor on Friday so we will find out how big she is getting.
