Watching him run...
Running off energy after the second night. We left KS at 6:45am Thurs and arrived at 6:50pm(KS time) that night. We went into a service as soon as we arrived and then drove to the motel then put them in bed soon after. Friday we had 2 services then went back to the motel for a short nap. After the 2 evening services I decided to take him to the motel to run off some energy instead of staying for the afterglow. Saturday we got up and packed everything and left for 3 more services. We left YC around 3:30pm (KS time) and arrived at 3:10am. Needless to say yesterday we didn't do much of anything. Thankfully my children slept in. :)

6 months (early)

I am going to try to take pictures on Tuesday, but incase I don't these will be her 6 month pictures.
New pics
This is probably my favorite one out of all of these pictures.
I know the bow is big, but no one thought she was a boy :)
He adores her and the feeling seems to be mutual
They did a good job posing even though they were ready to eat lunch.Friday, October 10, 2008
These are some great thoughts.........
*No matter how much you care, some people just don't care back.
*It's not what you have in your life, but who you have in your life that counts.
*Sometimes it can take a long time to become the person you want to be.
*You can control your attitude or it can control you.
*Sometimes the people you expect to kick you when your down will be the ones to help you get back up.
*Sometimes when you're angry, you have the right to be angry, but that doesn't give you the right to be cruel.
*Maturity has more to do with what types of experiences you've had and what you've learned from them and less to do with how many birthdays you've celebrated.
*Your background and circumstances may have influenced who you are, but you are responsible for who you become.
*Two people can look at the exact same thing and see something totally different.
*Your life can be changed in a matter of hours by people who don't even know you.
*No matter how you try to protect your children, they will eventually get hurt and you will hurt in the process.
*It isn't always enough to be forgiven by others, sometimes you have to learn to forgive yourself.

The Girls

We did a little photo shoot in the motel room while at Youth Challenge. The 3 of us wore brown with jeans/jean skirts on Friday so we matched :)

He is so ornery
He has his own way of posing, but it still turned out cute.
I bought this toy at the Logos sale last weekend. She seems to like it for a little while.
