We started our Christmas early this year by going to PA for my cousin's wedding. We had our Christmas the night before so all the kids were lined up ready to go.

It was pretty chaotic there......as you can see!

Then we had Christmas with Darrin's family the day after Christmas and I convinced everyone to sit for a picture =)

~19 months old~

How time flies My baby girl is turning into a jabbering toddler. She can be the sweetest little girl one minute and a rough tomboy the next. I can honestly say I would prefer she be this mix to one or the other. I wouldn't want her to be a prissy girl who never wants to get dirty, but I also would want her to not cry every time she falls down.

She weighs 24lbs and is 32 inches tall(maybe taller)

I had just finished taking Kaylee's picture when he walked around the corner with this football. I asked him if he wanted his picture taken with the ball and he did =) The bottom picture is our favorite =)

Sibling Love

Of course what illness wouldn't be complete without passing it on =) Unfortunately due to not really knowing how long this is contagious we didn't make it to Youth Challenge or PA to see my niece :( Kaylee hasn't been running a temp for over 24 hours, but she is still VERY fussy. Since she can't talk I don't know if she is aching or what is wrong :( Hoping she gets over this part soon!!!! :)

Well sometimes even using hand sanitizer, taking your vitamins, and trying to stay away from sick people doesn't prevent you from getting sick :( Bradyn has some kind of bug, probably strep by looking at his throat. He has been throwing up, running a temp of 102-103 and has white spots on his tonsils. He started not feeling well yesterday morning in church, but didn't start with the temp and spots until last night. We are hoping no one else gets this since we are planning on leaving for Youth Challenge Thursday morning and from there going to PA to see my new niece.

So for now we will wait and pray that he gets better and no one else gets it.

She Finally Arrived!

My sister had her baby yesterday around 7 am. Joanna Rachelle Weaver, she weighed 7lbs 11oz and was 18.5 inches long. She was named in memory of my Mom =) This picture is all I have so far and it isn't the best since it is from my phone. Can't wait to go see her in 10 days!!

Happy Belated Birthday

He worked at the fire dept yesterday so I made him his cake and supper tonight =) The cake is NOT perfect by any means, but he was impressed. Bradyn was sure it was for him to so he blew out the candles. Which he also thought were necessary! =)

Happy 25th Birthday

Finding Grandma =)

Bradyn several weeks ago saw this picture and wanted to hold it so I let him. Then I told him who it was and explained that was his grandpa who he remembers being here this past year. I told him that the lady was his other grandma who was in heaven. He hasn't really said much about it, but Kaylee must have been paying attention that day because she wanted the picture today and kept saying something about it. It sounded like "mamma" when I would say Grandma she would repeat "mamma". Anyway, I really like this picture and I want to try to remember to get it down more so my children know who their other grandma was~

We have been working on this for a couple of weeks now. It isn't perfect, but I thought he did pretty good for only being 3. =)

Kaylee's First Tea Party

She was invited to a birthday tea party this past weekend. She was the youngest one there so drinking the tea out of the little cup was interesting =)

Darrin's Grandma Goins

We went to see Darrin's grandma the other Sunday evening. I wanted to take some pictures of Darrin and our children with her. She had broken her hip in August and is getting around slowly. Since then she has also had a hip replacement.

17 Months Old

My baby girl is quickly turning into a toddler. It seems like she learns something new everyday and I am sure she does in a way. =) She weighed a little over 24 lbs and was 32 inches tall at her appt a couple weeks ago. She loves babies, balls, and being outside, the last being the favorite. She doesn't like helmets or masks of any kind, she will literally try to crawl up my legs :) She loves to give hugs and kisses. She puts her finger up to her mouth and says sshhh...

We had her picture taken in this teacup when she was 2 weeks old(I think the pictures were posted in late May or June 2008) Wow what a difference!

The newest addition to our house we now have 2 animals in our care. The first being the fish(which is surprisingly still alive) This kitten (which still doesn't have a name) was found after all the flooding in our area. He(I hope) has to be fed by dropper every couple of hours, but so far he eats fast so it shouldn't be too bad =) Bradyn loves him, but thinks he needs his mommy whenever he is crying. Kaylee wants to love him, but whenever she touches him she freaks out.
