their costumes were part of their show-n-tell day...so each child stood in the middle of the circle and spun around so everyone could see them.

My quiet cowboy...I know he isn't always quiet, but one of the moms told me her daughter said he never talks very loud :) hmmm wonder if he could bring some of that home.

4 days old~

I went over to help John and Mendy today since she wasn't supposed to do much....perfect excuse for me to be able to hold a baby ;) I told her long before he was born I wanted to take his newborn pictures these are just a few I took today I will do his real session within the next 2 weeks.

Poor baby didn't care for the cold, but after sucking on his paci he went to sleep for awhile :)

Friends of ours had their baby on Friday evening so we went up Saturday morning to check him out :)
Kaylee LOVES anyone smaller than her and Tryke was no exception :) She is a little mommy for sure.

Caramel Apples

We made a fun fall treat this week. They enjoyed making them, but after several bites decided they were done :) I realize this isn't the healthiest, but since we rarely ever have dessert with our meals I figured they could splurge ;) I tasted the caramel since I had never made it before, but I was good and didn't eat anymore :)

They both enjoyed making them and that is what matters the most!!!

Excited about their project. We are going to share with friends tomorrow at their party :)

Pumpkin Patch

Bradyn's preschool class went to the pumpkin patch yesterday. This was a favorite activity.

Bethany, the little girl with the red bow is the one I used to babysit.

Claire is the 1 yr old I watch and one day last week we had Karlye for the day too! Kaylee enjoyed having another girl her own age to play with. Claire was a little overwhelmed with 2 'mothers' but she survived ;)
