First Ice Cream Cone

We decided to give her some ice cream last night she seemed to enjoy it.

Kaylee has something to say to everyone :) She was really happy to be home last night after church she talked and laughed for quite awhile. She was jabbering to daddy here. She hasn't been to sure of anyone except for mommy lately so he was happy she talked to him.

Yummy!!

She wasn't sure about the cereal at first...

but she decided it was pretty good!

Miss Nosey

She is getting very nosey. If she is fussy and I put her over my shoulder or facing out she usually becomes happy. I saw her doing this last night before she went to sleep and when I put her in there today she was doing it again. It looks like she is reading the words in the first picture.

I layed her on her tummy and was taking pictures. I noticed that she was leaning to one side alot so I pushed record and actually caught her rolling over the first time. I rolled her back over, but she was tired of being on her tummy so she just cried.
Just wanted to add that she rolled over 2 more times late that night before going to bed so I guess it wasn't an accident.

Bradyn

Dana inspired me to take pictures of Bradyn after seeing Kartyr's. He did pretty good with following my directions and staying where I needed him too. I realize that I don't post many pictures of him and most are with Kaylee. I guess he doesn't change as much as she does. He is talking so much now and putting sentences together. One of his favorites is "What are you doing?" and "I want to eat". We are going to be venturing into the wonderful world of POTTY TRAINING soon so any advice would be welcome!!!!

Dr's visit

We saw the Dr today for her 2 month appt(at 3 months). She is small, but he isn't worried. Weight-10lbs, Length-22.5 in, and Head circ-15.75 in. She got her 2 month shots today which she cried over and then went to sleep for a couple hours.

Sitting up!!

Okay so not really sitting up by herself, but with the help of some blankets and her bumbo seat :) She enjoys sitting there for a little while. It is so cute to watch her when she sees Bradyn she will follow him around the room with her eyes. He thought he should be in some pictures too. He is getting so big and talking alot more with actual words you can understand :)

Goins Reunion

We all got together at the farm last Saturday for Grandma Goins' birthday. They had lots of outdoor activities planned for old and young.

Okay so she isn't really going hunting, but she could with this outfit :) This was another outfit from Juliana.

3 month pictures

We have had so much fun the past 3 months getting to know her. She is such a good baby. She has been sleeping through the night since she was 3 weeks old. She has been fussy the past week since she isn't feeling well, but other than that I can't complain.

She will give us the biggest grins and sometimes "talk" to us everytime we talk to her. I love this stage(I love every stage)but watching her discover us is so much fun.

She told me only 1 more picture not really, but it kind of looks like that.

This picture was taken when she was 2 weeks old!! Look how skinny she was then.
This picture was taken when she was 12 weeks old. What a difference 10 weeks make :) I used the carton of eggs to give family and friends who don't see her often an idea how big she was/is. Even when we don't think she has grown that much you can really see a big difference.

Kaylee seems to be getting better. She hasn't had a temp since yesterday morning. She has been very fussy so I don't know if she is aching like the rest of us did when we were sick. Hopefully she will be feeling like her little self soon :)

Sick

Well I guess she couldn't help but get sick since all of us have been. She has been acting sick the past day or two, but today was the first to run a temp so I guess I will call her doctor in the morning. I am SO ready to have this sickness leave!!! This picture was taken several days ago she actually does look sick now :(

She loves her tongue!! She just discovered it recently. My baby is growing up she will be 3 mos old next Monday :(

Update on sickness

Just wanted to ask everyone to pray for Darrin and Bradyn. Bradyn is still running a fever off and on, his throat is getting better though still some swelling left. Darrin is running the fever as well, but his throat is so swollen he almost went to the ER by himself this morning. I think he might be getting better by now, but he won't stop working to try and get better. Stubborn men!!! :)
So far Kaylee seems to be okay her nose is a little stuffy, but nothing major. Pray she doesn't get it she would possibly have to be in the hospital since this stuff is so bad.
I am still getting better, but it really does seem to be taking a long time for strep and it's symptoms to go away.
I am still waiting on pictures from my family of our trip back there I will post as soon as I get them.

Sweet

I couldn't help posting this she just looks so innocent and sweet. Notice the extra paci in the corner in case we can't find that one I think there are actually 2 extras in there :) I can't believe how big she is getting I am sure she is over 10lbs by now. She goes for her 2 month checkup next week for her shots :( I know we are late with the appt since she will 3 mos when we go working, traveling, and sickness prevented us from going to an earlier appt.
